VoiceMaster ISP Billing Platform is an advanced billing server that enables ISP providers to authenticate and bill Internet users in broadband and/or wireless environments. The product features advanced authentication and billing capabilities, high scalability and carrier grade reliability to meet the needs of both new and established ISP providers. Because the product is designed for remote maintenance and upgradeability, it offers to ISP providers overall low total cost of ownership and high return on investment. Combined with SysMaster’s wSwitch Access Controller and CellNode Access Points, VoiceMaster ISP Billing offers a turnkey solution for deploying wireless ISP infrastructure.

Support for Pre-Paid and Post-Paid Billing Models
VoiceMaster ISP Billing server supports both pre-paid and post-paid billing models to allow extra flexibility for ISP providers and subscribers. The pre-paid billing model is more universal, as it allows providers to extend services to subscribers that are globally connected to the system while reducing risk. All session requests are billed in real time which ensures that whenever account balance is depleted the user will be disconnected.
Time and Flat Fee Billing Support
VoiceMaster ISP Billing server supports multiple billing options, including time billing and flat fee billing. Time billing is the traditional method to bill ISP subscribers by minute of service usage. VoiceMaster also supports flat fee billing whereas a user is charged a flat monthly fee for unlimited (or limited) access to ISP’s network.
Bandwidth Usage Billing Support
VoiceMaster ISP Billing server also enables ISP providers to bill their subscribers by unit of bandwidth usage. Because some applications have low while other have high bandwidth requirements, by using bandwidth billing ISP providers can effectively segment subscribers and target specific market niches.
Peak/Off-Peak Time Billing
VoiceMaster ISP Billing incorporates peak/off-peak time billing functionality allowing ISP providers to implement promotional programs and/or segment users by their time-of-day service usage preferences. ISP providers have the option to setup one or more peak time periods during which they can charge users differently than during regular (off-peak) periods.
High Session Capacity
VoiceMaster ISP Billing Platform is offered in Standard and Carrier editions to address the needs of both emerging and established internet service providers. VoiceMaster ISP Billing Standard Edition supports up to 1,000 concurrent sessions whereas VoiceMaster ISP Billing Carrier Edition can handle up to 4,000 sessions. Such product strategy allows customers to reduce initial capital expenditures and easily scale up ISP infrastructure as demand for their services expands.
PIN or Username/Password Authentication
VoiceMaster ISP Billing Platform comes with integrated state-of-the-art RADIUS server which allows it to perform multiple authentication methods to best fit the requirements of the business model used by a particular ISP provider. The product can authenticate users by PIN or username/password.
Managed Services
VoiceMaster ISP Billing offers unmatched Managed Services functionality that enables companies quickly grow their business through leveraging relationships with third parties. Managed Services functionality enables providers to virtually partition the platform and generate additional revenues through leasing VoiceMaster ISP functionality to resellers.

Database Replication and Redundancy
VoiceMaster ISP Billing Platform offers improved system availability and reliability through redundancy and database replication. The product enables internet service providers to setup an active and a passive VoiceMaster ISP Billing server with the latter performing periodic status checks on the former and taking over traffic if the active becomes unavailable. Data integrity between servers is ensured via periodic database replication.
